Paula Bancroft
Reflexologist

Paula qualified as a Reflexologist in 2015, having relied on Reflexology treatments herself for many years prior to qualification. She is registered with the Association of Reflexologists (AOR).

 

Before becoming a Reflexologist, Paula worked as a Paramedic and still retains her registration with the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC). This background has provided her with a professional understanding and experience of both physical and mental health conditions.

 

Through her combination of medical and complementary training, Paula's approach to Reflexology fosters a therapeutic relationship aimed at promoting positive lifestyle changes to complement and support your health.

 

Paula has continued to develop her Reflexology skills, taking a special interest in Women’s Health, particularly the Peri-Menopausal and Menopausal journey and how these hormonal changes affect women. She has also trained to use Reflexology to support Lymphatic Drainage (RLD) and is amongst the first cohort of UK Reflexologists using Muscular Reflexology.
