About Us

Arch Clinic is a therapy centre in the heart of Fordingbridge town and home to a wide range of registered therapists offering individual and group services to support people’s health and wellbeing. Therapists offer Clinical, Mental Health and Healing and Deep Relaxation Therapies and host support groups and health-related courses. Our therapies help to treat injury, long term conditions, stress, anxiety, mild to moderate mental health and emotional wellbeing needs. We offer mental health first aid, group and 1:1 sessions providing support, advice, training, information and access to treatment.
